Personalized Didactic Plan (PDP)

WHAT IS IT?

It is  an  educational-didactic document prepared on the basis of the evolutionary characteristics of the student with Specific Learning Disorders (SLD) and / or with Special Educational Needs (BES) and aimed at adapting the school path to his training needs. It specifies the dispensative measures and compensatory tools adopted by the entire team of teachers to help the student in the learning path.

 

WHO IS IT FOR?

  1. students who present a certification of Specific Learning Disorder, other specific developmental disorder or attention deficit and / or hyperactivity;
  2. to students who are in a situation of socio-cultural, linguistic, economic disadvantage (Special Educational Need) and reported by the teaching team on the basis of

psycho-pedagogical and didactic considerations and / or by any operators of social services.

WHO PREPARES IT?

The teachers of the class, alsowith the support of specialists, with the collaboration of the family, provide for the elaboration of the PDP proposal, share it with the family and any other operators.

 

WHEN?

  1. Within the first three months of each school year (end ofNovember) or whenever necessary;
  2. During the year (end of the quarter and end of the school year) periodic checks are expected and changes and / or updates can be made whenever necessary;
